KVHC Occupational Medicine and Wellness is here when you need us. We understand that employee injuries and accidents aren’t confined to regular business hours. That is why we provide Open Access 24 hour, 7 day a week treatment for acute injuries. The clinic operates like a freestanding medical office with two medical providers and nursing staff. Walk-ins are welcome for worker injury treatment and drug screen testing. Appointments for routine check-ups and other services will be scheduled following initial visit.

Our Services:

Treatment of Injury Open for injuries on a no-appointment-necessary basis. Our medical providers are expert at treating work injuries and are highly experienced with workers compensation issues. Emphasis is on maintaining a high level of communication with the employer, and expeditious return of the employee to work.

Return-to-work Exams We can provide return-to-work exams, fitness-for-duty exams, and second opinion exams on request. We utilize essential functions of job to determine ability to return to work. Pre-employment Physicals Physicals are tailored to meet an employer’s needs. After the examination and all test results are received and analyzed, results are immediately communicated by our providers. DOT Physicals The regulations and standards of the Department of Transportation are assiduously followed. HAZMAT Physicals Physicals are performed in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations for hazardous material workers. Respiratory Compliance – Spirometry (PFT), Resp Clearance, Fit Testing Questionnaire and/or physical exam will insure workers are medically fit as required by the Code of Federal Regulations. Audiometry – Hearing Conservation Calibrated and approved audiometric testing as required by the federally mandated hearing conservation program. Drug Screening (NIDA and non-NIDA) In-depth information on various types of drug screens, collection and MRO services to meet your needs and as required by NIDA regulation.
