Katahdin Valley Health Center, with locations in Patten, Island Falls, Houlton, and Millinocket, is pleased to welcome Robert LaMorgese, MD.
Dr. LaMorgese was born and raised in Orange, New Jersey. He completed his clinical training at Overlook Hospital in Summit, New Jersey, and at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Patterson, New Jersey. He also attended a program at Colombia Presbytarian Hospital in New York, NY. Before coming to KVHC, Dr. LaMorgese worked for many years in a private practice in Passiac, New Jersey. He and his wife, Marilu, will be relocating from New City, NY.
Dr. LaMorgese has a passion for helping people and preventing disease. It’s what interests him the most about community health care, and what drove him to become a physician in the first place. In his spare time, he enjoys racing RC boats and other electronic pursuits.
Dr. LaMorgese will be accepting new patients at our Houlton and Patten facilities in January 2012.
